Can you please submit a ticket to support on this so they can gather more information? Go to support.metamask.io and choose ‘Start A Conversation.’ Answer a few questions and a ticket will be opened for you. Please provide them this screenshot and details. Nobody, not even support, should ever ask for your Secret Recovery Phrase - never provide it or verify it anywhere.
