Want to download metamask App from playstore

I use android phone: Letv X500
You can only download the latest version or change the mobile phone. If you can’t change the mobile phone, you can use the metamask plug-in of the PC browser

Can you try clearing the cache in Play Store (not MetaMask, actual Play Store) - Android settings > apps > Play Store > clear cache, then reboot and try installing again? Let us know how that goes.
Assuming you have your secret recovery phrase written down already too.
