Missing my 0.4 ETH

Hi.
I did swap (from) my 1 Billion Safemoon on Metamask (to about 0.4 Ethereum) through PancakeSwap yesterday, then I sent (about) 0.4 ETH to my another wallet on Kraken.
But it does not add my account balance on Kraken yet.
I need your help!!

Hi. :see_no_evil: you use bep20 (Binance Smart Chain) transaction
and Kraken does not support the Binance Smart Chain
