Since these tokens were on testnet, they do not actually have any value. In terms of receiving them back, all transactions on the blockchain are irreversible and these tokens were sent to the wrong network, meaning that they cannot be retrieved.
If you would like to get more BNB on testnet, you can use a faucet, but this is not actual money
