In MetaMask you don’t have to do that. MetaMask does not require an email address, phone number or any other personal information to use the wallet. Instead, MetaMask uses a seed phrase to generate your account.
Maybe you are trying to buy crypto? If that is the case, the registration you are making is directly with the provider you chose to make the purchase (Banxa, Moonpay, Mercuryo, Transak and so on).
