Problem with send and receive tokens, crypto in my metamask extension chrome, Help please

Hello community, I have had the MetaMask extension from the Google Store in Google Chrome Web on Windows 10 x64 bits for a few months now, I am not receiving cryptos, tokens, etc. Could you give me support for this incident with my personal wallet? Thanks in advance. I also tried uninstalling with the seed phrase and I don’t receive Greetings either.

Hi there @poworbrg1 can you please explain with a bit more detail what tokens should you receive? did you send tokens to your wallet from somewhere else and you don’t see them? If yes are you on that network in MetaMask when checking? (For example if you sent the tokens on Arbitrum did you add Arbitrum as a network in the wallet?) also did you import the token? not all tokens show up by default, most of them you need to import using the contract address to be able to display them in the wallet. Hello, in more detail I can tell you that I do not receive from any exchange or wallet the status is Confirmed but they have not arrived for months and it worked for me for years to receive BNB, Matic and it did well. You can fix my wallet if you need more data tell me and we will contact you by private message or another way since the confirmed transactions appear but they appear like 68 million block confirmations and they go little by little adding the block confirmations, when receiving in MetaMask for example, I also have the network well added, especially updated Polygon matic but the transactions do not advance nor do I receive them and I have installed it on the laptop (extension) mobile and another PC and my MetaMask is still bad, Help and thanks in advance.
