Send DOT token to metamask

I had sent about 30 DOT token(ERC20) to my metamask at 2021-05-22 00:24:16.
My metamask address is 0xe8e856Fd16C4e38E8FF7643aa1A7f1b5DfA9938C.
Trans ID is 0x316c4ea13591e025d0025e2fb29915de56248fdd1f82157554545decaf7b5b4c.
Due to the metamask don’t support DOT token ,Can I have chance get my DOT token back?
