Sent BNB from MetaMask to Binance.US. Funds appear to be missing

I tried to send some BNB from my Smart Chain MetaMask wallet to Binance.US. MetaMask doesn’t show a Memo when sending, so I selected ERC20 as the network to receive the token on BInance.US as it was the format the MetaMask appeared to support. When I entered the wallet address in MetaMask, it said it was in the right format. BSCscan shows the transaction is complete, but the funds never showed up. Did I do something wrong? Is there any way to recover what’s lost?

your transaction is BnB(bep20) so go-to spot in wallets menu so you must see there

Please contact binance support on this, they should be able to assist in locating the funds.

Binance.US has no Spot/Trading/Staking accounts. It’s all just one account. I believe you’re thinking of Binance.com. I appreciate you trying to help though :slight_smile:
