Sent UNI to Coinbase and did not arrive in Coinbase

On October 8, 2020, I have sent 585.04428 UNI from Metamask to my Coinbase UNI wallet, using. the QR code they provided. It never arrived in Coinbase and after asking them for support, they indicated that I should contact the sending wallet support team, which is Metamask.

I searched for the transaction on etherscan.io and it shows that the tokens were successfully received in your Coinbase wallet. Because the tokens have left your MetaMask wallet, we’re unable to affect them further. You will need to work with Coinbase support to have the tokens credited to your wallet.
