Hello guys, please help me to find answer. Is it possible to swap ERC-20 token Signal (SGN) to ETH on MetaMask? Had 80K tokens, but Idk can I swap it or Nah?

Need to notice that this token is delisted from IDEX & Liquid exchange platforms. Is there any another way to swap it to ETH or something? Projects seems dead but tokens saved on MetaMask eth’s account. This is how MetaMask swap feature looks when you trying to swap to eth:
