Swapped BNB to USDC and status shows “signed”

Hello, I recently swapped a little bit of BNB to USDC and my swaps transactions status shows “signed.” I did get in contact with someone in the support team - said to wait an hour, b/c it wasn’t showing up on bsc scan…. Well it’s been several hours and still nothing. Any ideas on what happened? Thanks!
