Do you mean sorting the token list in a way you want instead of how it auto loads?
If yes, the answer is no - buuuuuut I am hoping it’s in the works. We got dark mode, I’m betting this is in the works by the fox wizards behind the scene!! You’re def not the first person who’s asked for it

You can hide the tokens you don’t need to display. If you need them again, you can find their contract address and add them again

@Tksly’s suggestion of removing and re-adding is the only way to reorganize, at current. (I use the coingecko method myself: How to View Your Custom Tokens in MetaMask)
This is a feature we’re planning to add at some point in the future, but we don’t have a date for release yet.
