Hi Nicolaos, I believe tokens cannot be sent directly from network to network, they must be transferred using a bridge. Have you tried to reach out to the exchange to see if there is any chance they could help you?
Again, to confirm you sent WETH from eth network to polygon address.

Hey @Nicolaos, if the exchange you have sent the tokens to has already said they can’t help you, then unfortunately there is nothing else that can be done. All transactions on the blockchain are irreversible and these tokens cannot be retrieved.
