Transfer to coinbase

I transferred 2.3 million Hodge to my Coinbase account, the transfer never appeared. Coinbase support told me that they have no way to recover it yet…it’s supported on Coinbase Wallet but not on the Coinbase site itself…can any one help I am floored by my own mistake. .
