Question is: If somebody will send to my MM tokens in chain what i did’t added yet, will they arrive or not? If i will add this chain will i be able to see them or not?

You only need to add the corresponding chain to see your token

Yes, the tokens will be transferred to your public address, and in order to display them in MetaMask you will need to add the network/chain manually and also the token contract address (if it’s not the chain’s native token that you received, but a different one).
