Please In need help. I am new to MetaMask.
I bought £500 SHIB in Kucoin and sent it in error using KCC to my exodus wallet and it never arrived as they only support ETH.
I was advised by Exodus support to to import my Private key into MetaMask and then add the contract> I did all this and when I add the token, It is not picking up my SHIB despite that it is successful in Ethescan.
I then bought some KCS in Kucoin and sent to the same address and it was immediately picked up in MetaMask.
Please is there a step I am missing as MetaMask recognises the contract address when I want to add the SHIB token, but it seems it is not linking the contract address and my public key to get the SHIB
