Hey Metamask community 
Q: What happens if someone wants to make this trade:
@t1: (Base fee 50 gwei): Swap 1 CoinA for 2 CoinB, slippage 1%, execute at 29 gwei.
Time goes by.
@t2(Base fee 29 gwei): 1 CoinA is now worth 1 CoinB.
Does the transaction fail the user has to pay for the txn fees?
