Withdraw to huobi

Hi to all,
I’ve withdraw some usdt in erc20 to huobi wallet but since 1 day but nothing arrive in my huobi wallet, why?
Someone can answer me?

hi @jarod13 , check your wallet’s records on the blockchain explorer.
If it successfully arrives in your huobi wallet, add the USDT contract address on the erc20 chain. See if this works.

in MetaMask transactions seems to be ok an d the transaction on etherscan too but i donìt understand why in huobi doesn’t arrive

where in huobi must add the erc20 address ?

You are transferring funds to the exchange, so no need to import the contract address (and cannot import it).
Depositing into the exchange may take a while. You can contact huobi’s support team.
