Add a Gas Settings Option to Define Default Gas Behavior

Description:
Currently, adjusting gas settings in MetaMask is cumbersome, unintuitive, and often misleading. It’s unclear how the default gas option is chosen — it sometimes feels like it behaves unpredictably.
Even as a MetaMask user since 2017, I still find it difficult to quickly set the gas option I want (Market, Aggressive, Website suggestion, or Custom).

Purpose:
Add a dedicated Gas Settings section under Settings where users can define their default gas preference:

  • Market

  • Aggressive

  • Website suggestion

  • Advanced (custom)

This will make gas configuration predictable, user-friendly, and efficient, allowing users to maintain consistent transaction behavior without manually changing gas options every time.
