On desktop you have the control to set an absolute gas price. On mobile it assumes you want to pay the base fee then gives you the option to pay a flexible priority amount on top of base. For transactions that are not time sensitive, it would be nice to be able to lower the absolute gas price even if it means extended time in the mempool.
