Description:
Add multiple RPC endpoints via lists to get redundancy - we are running e.g. 40 rpc endpoints tracked in a node pool and it would be nice that MM automatically uses one of them via set rest-api list
Purpose:
to get redundancy - no more manual switching for rpc endpoints needed
