Add testnet toggle

Description:
Are we able to have a toggle so that newly added network can be recognized as TESTNET?

Purpose:
When we head over to chainlist to add new networks, some of these “testnets” are added but do not fall under the testnet option. Eventually when their mainnet gets launched, both the testnet and mainnet appear in the same area.

I was going to do the same request, i have plenty of networks on MetaMask now and having the testnets and mainnets in the same category can be confusing, just add an option in the add network dialog to categorize it as testnet
