Adding Pancake Swap

Hi, I’m new to MetaMask, and trying to add PanCake Swap. When I try to connect, I get the following error: " This network details for this Chain ID do not match our records. We recommend that you [verify the network details] before proceeding."
When I go to the details,
I see the following:

Network Name
Binance Smart Chain Mainnet

Network URL
https://bsc-dataseed1.ninicoin.io

Chain ID
56

Currency Symbol
bnb

In going to the site suggested in the help, (://chainid.network/chains/), the following info comes up.

  • Short Name: bnb
  • Chain: BSC
  • Chain ID: 56
  • Network: mainnet
  • Network ID: 56

All the info seems to be correct, except shows the url as: Network URL
https://bsc-dataseed1.ninicoin.io

Can someone confirm that this is okay to add, or is this some kind of scam with a different URL.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

This sounds like to might be on a fake version of PancakeSwap (a scam). Either that, or the PancakeSwap team implemented their custom network prompt using unusual Network URL.

Would you mind posting the link for where you are seeing this? I just checked PancakeSwap and saw a competely different network URL with a Binance based domain name.
