Allow MultiCall transaction without updating TOS

Description:
Certain smart contracts require MM version 10.31.0 or later. Many users are not willing to update MM to this version due to a TOS requirement. Can you please create an update that works with MultiCall contracts that doesn’t require a TOS update?

Purpose:
Expand adoption of MultiCall contracts with MetaMask
