Yesterday I got an email from requests@judge.me in which is told that I need to back up my wallet using my email, but I can’t find that option in neither Android app nor Chrome extention.

Hi @DMain92, that’s a scam, fake email. Please be careful and don’t interact with that email at all, MetaMask doesn’t have your email address and only the support team uses your email address if you create a technical support ticket with them on https://support.metamask.io/, never for stuff like what you see in the screenshot you posted. Always be careful who and what you interact with online and always do your own research before doing anything.
