By mistake, Binance sent xrp to Metamask.
What should I do? Can I recover it?

I’m not exactly sure what you problem is, but you say that Binance sent you some XRP? Did you try to sent some other coins than xrp ?
But you should be able to see them in your Metamask wallet if you have the XRP token imported.

Was it wrapped XRP? (https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/what-is-wrapped-xrp-wxrp-and-how-does-it-work)
XRP is on its own chain which is not EVM compatible. (Thus not compatible with Metamask by default)
If it’s wXRP, you’ll just need to add it as a token on the BNB chain. How to View Your Custom Tokens in MetaMask
