Bitcoin hyper issue with Metamask

Hi,

I am new to MetaMask. I connected my MetaMask wallet to the bitcoinhyper.com.website and completed a purchase transaction for BTC Hyper during the pre-sale. The transaction seems to have gone through successfully. However, I can’t see the BTC Hyper token in MetaMask. Do you have any idea why that might be?
