Description: would it be possible for MetaMask to block sending to or signing to a list of addresses? We could have different services blacklist addresses that are known scammers. The address is already noted as Fake_Phishing, but it would be helpful if MetaMask just failed the transaction. Bad address example (They just took me for $2K USD of SHIB, sick, 0x1661f1b207629e4f385da89cff535c8e5eb23ee3)
Purpose: Users could download known scamming addresses and never send to them.
