*Description: Integrate with or create and manage a list of known addresses associated with phishing, scamming, or otherwise malicious behavior and mark/name them accordingly to some schema. Similar to Etherscan, these names should overtake the default 0xaaa…bbbb address listing when interacting with a contract or sending/approving to another wallet.
Purpose: Add another line of defense to prevent scams and phishing attempts. This should be community maintained similar to the MetaMask phishing repo.
