Hi everyone! I have made my first transfer from BNB to Metamask using ETH network but I have not received the transfer yet.
I have searched for the transaction on BscScan with the address and TxID and it doesn’t come up.
BNB customer service says the transaction was successfully done and they can’t do anything about it.

Has anyone had the same situation? It has been already 2 hours from completed transaction.
