Hello , i have make Bridge/SWAP on multichain xyz swap for FTM-ERC20 to FTM-FTM. 1h30 later i dont receive my FTM on FTM blockchain and my FTM-ERC20 are gone… I dont know wath’s happen and where is my FTMs

The first transaction deposit was succesfull : Ethereum Transaction Hash (Txhash) Details | Etherscan

But 1h30 later, the transfer transaction is still in progress.

Where are my funds going? From what I see on my deposit transaction. my funds are left on 0x5cbe98480a790554403694b98bff71a525907f5d. Did I just lose my FTMs? I would like to understand why …

I have the same problem. I’ve check on Etherscan and Zapper and both show a successful transaction and the gas fee’s show it went through. I tried the delete and reinstall the extension suggestions but still didn’t work.

edit: The earlier user recieved his 993 FTM roughly 8 hours later.

Thanks for checking this out. I know it’s not a lot of money but its still frustrating none the less. Any suggestions on how to get this to recognize? I tried checking it again an few hours ago and still nothing. I also connected to the FTM wallet app and still nothing. Did I do something wrong or is this a bump on their side. Thanks again and thanks in advance for any tips or advice on how to solve this.

If youre using metamask, just click “add custom RPC” and put the Fantom blockchain details in there. The tokens should appear then.

Thanks for the tip. The just showed up now but I will try and add the RPC to it since there’s no icon showing now and for some reason that bugs me.
I really appreciate the help but mostly just replying to the post in general. For a little bit there I felt like I was just shouting into the wind.

It seems that multichain.xyz scammed 3000 FTMs from me:

They just keep it and don’t send it. TX was executed +12h

6000$ gone - thank you multichain. I hope you enjoy my money.
