Successful transactions can’t be cancelled as they have already been processed on the blockchain. You need to make sure that what you did, you actually did correctly. Check what happened onchain and if the transfer was successful then you need to check the destination onchain as well. It might just be that you didn’t add the contract address of the token in the destination wallet to be able to see your tokens. Still need to check on a block explorer for the respective network with your wallet addresses.
