Hi I made a transfer to Coinbase. The coins are subtracted from my MetaMask but coinbase support says that they do not have them since they do not support EWT. What can I do?
hi @sebel , once the transfer has been completed, the transaction is irreversible.
When we transfer token to an exchange, we must ensure that the exchange supports this token. Otherwise, your token may be lost.
I say maybe because some exchanges will mark some of these tokens as non-tradable assets. Although they cannot be traded, you can still withdraw them.
Or one day in the future, when the exchange supports the transaction of this token, you can get
and trade it.
Currently you can only contact coinbase to see how they handle EWT.

If your coins were not accepted, find out if there is a refund option through support
