I’m using MetaMask on the Sepolia test network. I have my wallet set up and when I try to send coins to a recipient I get this error message.
On the third try, I reinstalled the app, but I get the same error. Please help.

It will give you an automated response at first, but afterwards you should be able to contact the support team directly.

The support chat bot was surprisingly effective. The solution, if anyone else finds this, is to copy down your secret recovery phrase, and then Reset Your Account in the app (this is only with the Android app– the Firefox extension worked fine).
After resetting the account, I did not need to re-setup my account, and just needed to login and was able to send coins again.
