yesterday l sent coin to my MetaMask wallet successfully but the coins haven’t been received according to my wallet fund but tokens have been withdrawn from my source wallet
If your transactions are showing as successful but not reflecting in your wallet, try the following steps:
- Ensure your wallet is updated to the latest version.
- Verify that you are on the correct network to view your funds.
- Manually add the token if it is not automatically detected by following this guide: How to Display Tokens in MetaMask.
- If the issue persists, try removing the network and adding it again.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, please contact MetaMask Support for further assistance at https://support.metamask.io/ by using the Contact Support button there.
Once you do, a live chat bot will appear on your screen. It will give you an automated response at first, but insist and you should be able to contact the support team. We never Dm you support here. Be careful!

I checked the network which used for transfer (bnb) and nothing was shown on my wallet, l couldnt import even one kind of token on any network although downloaded the latest version of MetaMask, l urgently need to contact MetaMask support but the button that you mentioned doesnt apply either.

The bot will give you an automated response at first, but insist (e.g.,you can specifically mention that you would like to talk with a human agent) and you should be able to contact the support team. Important: MetaMask will never initiate contact with a direct message. MetaMask will never ask you for your Secret Recovery Phrase. If someone does, they are trying to scam you.
