1. Find the block explorer to the chain you used to transfer the ETH token. Enter your address and see if the transaction went through and funds have been sent to your address.

I just checked your wallet address on debank, there is not recent transaction. The last transaction from this wallet was on 2022/06/26.
Can you also mention from where ( CEX, source chain) did to transfer to to which destination chain ?
Also, I cannot see any pending transaction on block explorer. If its pending on wallet itself, try to clear your account activity https://support.metamask.io/hc/en-us/articles/360015488891-How-to-clear-your-account-activity-reset-account
