Can't add hidden token

I had a specific token sent to my wallet. I had already hidden that token from the wallet in the past. Now there is no way to view this token in my wallet. When I try to add the token, it is greyed out and can’t be selected. When I try to add it as a custom token it says “token already added” and won’t proceed.

What do I do to view this token in my account?

Try resetting Metamask
