Cant connect metamask to any site on chrome

I cannot connect my metamask to any site for some reason. i have been using for over 4 years lol. it says im connected on metamask extension but the site wont actually connect. anyone help please

Hello, have you tried to reset your MetaMask ?

same problem in brave browser !!! dont know why i tried many this didnt work out
