Cant swap or send base token: failed "internal JSON-RPC error"

i bought a token from uniswap on base but when i try to swap back to eth, it says the swap failed.

i thought it was because of the token allowance so have revoked a few times and even reset my MetaMask completely.

i tried to send the tokens to another MetaMask walllet but no price/next button allows me to send.

i also tried another wallet to buy and swap the token and it worked fine so it seems to be some issue with the first wallet i mentioned.

anyone have any idea how to resolve this? i need to swap the token back to eth asap

  • Click the large blue “start a conversation” bubble in the upper middle of page, looks like this:

  • This will connect you to a bot at first, answer some questions and it will open a ticket for you with an agent.

Remember - NOBODY, including from support, will ask for your secret recovery phrase or for you to input it onto any website for confirmation.
