Compromised seed phrase

Hello,
I think my metamask may be compromised. Can I change my seed phrase?
Or do I need to create a new wallet, and transfer everything over to the different network nodes.

install a new MetaMask wallet :fox_face: on another browser…

How do I transfer my coins? Is there fees? Gas , etc

YES you have to pay for the transfer :upside_down_face: but be careful.
I hope you didn’t write your seed anywhere.
