Why do my chain ID is incorrect? It keeps on saying that “could not fetch chain ID. Is your RPC URL correct?” I Input all the necessary information but I cant add it as new network.

there is an error in the RPC URL you are using. What chain are you trying to add to Metamask?

You can use Chainlist(dot)org to add new networks to your metamask. It will autofill everything for you, makes it easier.
