Description:
Create a MetaMask CONFIG File for each Wallet

Purpose:
To enable easy, one-step re-installation (exact replication) of an existing and previously-customized wallet,which perhaps was deleted accidentally. Or which the user wants to install on multiple browsers. The config file would contain all info about existing wallet Networks installed, accounts installed and Tokens added. With a copy of this file, plus the Secret Recovery Phrase, users could easily back-up and/or replicate the exact configuration of their existing wallet, without having to manually add all the networks and tokens…

Being able to import token & network lists after I break my phone, would be so helpful. (it happens more often than I’d like to admit)
