Deleted metamask extension accedently

I have accidently remover my metalmark extension from google chrome.

I try to recover my secret sentence… but i could not found it in 000003.log file
How do i retrieve my seed phase

Try download Atom www.atom*io and find word salt in 000003.log file.

I could not find the word salt

I think once I removed the extension accidentally the secret phase deleted in the file also.

@meetranga yes :anguished: when you uninstall Metamask extension :minidisc: the folder nkbihfbeogaeaoehlefnkodbefgpgknn is deleted

Do not install a new Metamask wallet :bangbang:

Try to download the program Recuva Free: ccleaner*com/recuva
or similar application and find old file: nkbihfbeogaeaoehlefnkodbefgpgknn\000003

Hi,

I have tried all the options but failed to get secret phase.

Unfortunately I have immediately installed Metamask Plugin after deleting.

New log file 00003.log does not contain any secret phase data.

Is there any alternative to regain access
