Does anyone know if I can send AXS from metamask to ronin?

So I’m a noob at this. I wanted to try out axie infinity, so I used my coinbase account to purchase some shiny new AXS tokens and sent them on there way to meta mask. I then learn I need to pay a gas fee to move them to Ronin, so I bought so ETH to cover the gas fee. I know I have to use the bridge in the axie marketplace, but it still doesn’t seem to work. Any advice?

Can you provide more information as to what doesn’t work? Is it something when you try to transact on the Axie bridge?

It says insufficient funds (on metamask). Gas prices are pretty high right now 130-200$. I have about 150$ ETH so it’s possible that even when I get a quote below 150$ I still don’t have enough to cover the “maximum”.

Yup, insufficient funds error is likely due to gas. If you don’t immediately need to bridge to Ronin, I would suggest waiting for gas prices to go down.

Okay it just worked! Thanks for answering. I had to wait for the gas to go down to around 100$
