ETH from Binance to Metamask help pleasee

Hello, I sent some ETH from Binance wallet to metamask wallet about 1:30h ago. At Binance it says transaction complete, but I can’t see my ETH on Metamask, may someone help?

To move your tokens from BSC to Ethereum, you must use a bridge. Tokens cannot be transferred directly from network to network. Here is an example:
