I sent some ETH from my Metamask Wallet Matic Mainnet Network into my Coinbase Pro account, which unfortunately I believe functions under Ethereum Network. The transaction status is Successful, but those ETH haven’t been visible in my Coinbase Pro account, and it’s been 3 days. So what can I do at this point? How can I get them back?
It’s not on Etherscan but Polygonscan. Thinking they were ETH cause Metamask didn’t show the symbol WETH, I sent some WETH from my Metamask Wallet Matic Mainnet Network into my Coinbase Pro account, which unfortunately functions under Ethereum Network and does not yet support WETH. As a destination/deposit address I specifically used the Coinbase Pro ETH Wallet address, cause I couldn’t find a general wallet address, so even if in the future CoinBase Pro may support WETH, my tokens may be misplaced cause I sent them to a deposit address belonging to ETH. The transaction status is Successful, but of course those WETH haven’t been visible in my Coinbase Pro account since it’s not a supported token, and they haven’t “magically” turned into ETH in my Coinbase Pro either.
So what can I do at this point?
Can I reverse the matic-mainnnet-network transaction?
What are my options to get those WETH back?
Thank!
Michele
