ETH sent from Wirex to Metamask haven´t arrived

I need help with a transaction from Wirex to Metamax for a transaction which never arrived.

From what I have learned today, some wallets and/or exchanges may not support ETH transfers from Wirex. I hope the administrators can manually identify such transactions and perform a force settlement what will reflect in the balance of Metamax where it was sent.

MetaMask is a wallet, it does not participate in the interaction of projects; You should try importing the ID of the token to display it.

Do you have transaction id ? to know exactly what happened to the transaction
