Hi there, I transfer ETH to my BinanceTR account on etc20 network and the funds haven’t arrived. The transaction says it is complete. Balance in my metamask account is gone. I contacted BinanceTR and they responded ‘‘This transaction cannot be found on the blockchain. You should get help on metamask. Could you look it for me please? Hello @semih1 , welcome to metamask community.
The transaction is on the kovan test network and can not be found on the etherscan. Tokens on the test networks has no value and only used for testing
