I discovered recently a sign of padlock on my ethereum wallet and any transaction I carryout does reverse and appears pending on ethscan. What can I do to resolve this?

What does padlock mean? Show a screenshot. Have you tried speeding up sent transactions?

This lock means that the Ethereum network is closed from changes, for example, it cannot be deleted.
