Failed transaction and value not returned to wallet

Hi, first I apologize for my English.
On December 18th I tried to transfer TOKEN CCAR into Crypto Cars game, for some reason this transaction failed.
The 852 CCAR is in the transaction history as FAIL, but the value has not returned to my wallet.
I’ve texted twice to support and they don’t respond. This happened 3 weeks ago. I am worried.

It looks like there was another transaction of CCAR that was successful out of your wallet.
